Just A Lil Annoyed...
ok, more like ALOT! Well, probably more like pissed off! I'll just have to rant for a minute...so excuse me. You know what I'm so sick of?? Losers. Especially ones that you are related to that think they shouldn't have to do anything for themselves or their kids, not only that, but they think you should be the one to do it! And they don't even think that, they just assume it! Just because we spend time with our kids and take them to places, like carnivals and movies doesn't mean I have to take their kids with. Especially when we are NEVER offered money. EVER. Now, I'm not saying we never take their kids anywhere...we do and have. Just last month we did. But nothing is ever good enough and we should have to do it everytime we do something for our kids. Pisses me off!! And to tell your child that we don't care about him/her because we don't take them somewhere all the time or always buy them things, REALLY does it for me!! So, this person chooses to sit and piss and moan about me (while they do NOTHING for their kids) behind my back, but also IN FRONT OF my nine year old son! I'm fed up!! And going to have to say something even though it won't do one bit of good, just like the other times I have opened my mouth. Just so you know...this person has NEVER taken my kids anywhere or spent money on them. But I should do it for their kids. Yea. Don't think so. Feel sorry for the kids, but I'm fed up with the crap! That's my rant for the day...I could go on and on about this, but that was enough. Ugh.

YAY!
My favorite show is back on tonight!! So You Think You Can Dance! I was just talking two days ago about it and how I can't wait for it to be back on and the next day I see it in the listing. Yay! I had to put up a pic of Drake that looks like he's saying "Yay!", it's from last July. Yay! for Nick also because he got his new box truck tonight...I don't know who's more excited, him or the kids. Well, I guess I would definetly have to say him because it has air conditioning! When he drove home tonight he definetly had to test it out! Oh, and he loves the fact that his chair has armrests. Ah, the simple things...haha. It's 11pm and Xavier is in the next room complaining that he can't sleep (wonder if it has to do with tomorrow being the last day of school), so I better jump off and watch my show! Till next time...

Mother's Day and More Doc Visits
Last week I took Xandria back to the ear, nose and throat doctor to see how her ears and hearing were. She had the hearing test done first. It came back normal in her right ear and just under the normal range in her left. So, the good news is that they have healed, fluid out and just a little more to go for the left ear! That means no surgery, YAY! She had a some wax in both ears (will it ever end?), so they did a little suctioning. She had to continue with the Nasonex and go back in two months. I went to the doctor this week for a follow up of the itching and to get the lab results back. Good news is that the itching became less and less and stopped. My labs came back normal, so there seems to be no reason for the itching. Fine with me since it has stopped! Wow, I did almost fall over on the scale though! I gained 5 pounds in just two weeks! I've already gained almost 30 pounds!! I'm only 7 pounds away from what I weighed when I gave birth to Drake. Ugh, guess I need to stay away from sweets and try to get some more exercise! It's funny going for an ob/gyn appointment, because when you mention something, they automatically think it's vaginally related. Ha ha. Like with the itching...they assumed I might have a yeast infection until I explained it was on the rest of my body, not that area! This week I mentioned that I have alot of mucus all the time (in my nose) and she thought I meant from the vagina. I thought that was funny, because each time I'm like "why would you think that?" I guess I forget that's what they specialize in! Anyways, I'm now 6 1/2 months as of yesterday (eek!). The baby sounded good and was moving away when we listened to his heartbeat. I go back in two weeks for the always fun glucose test. Not looking forward to choking that down! Mother's Day was nice. Xavier made me a windchime at school and a card. I actually found the card laying on the floor in the living room and asked him why he didn't give it to me. He said that it didn't turn out right. He made the word MOM on the front with tissue paper and he felt it wasn't as good as he wanted it to be. I told him it was perfect and some of the best things didn't turn out as they were orginally planned. He's so sweet. Nick actually got me a cake from my favorite place and the way i LOVE it...I was so happy about that and surprised he got it without me mentioning it! He also got me a beautiful locket. Now I just need to get pictures of the kids shrunk down to put in it. The kids got me a little plaque and card. We went to the park to take some pictures and eat some food. Nick took some pictures of me with each of them and some together. I tried taking some of the three of them, but they weren't too cooperative as you can see in one I included. P.S. You can always click on the pics to see them bigger.

Pictures From Our Chicago Trip
The kids enjoyed the carousel at Navy Pier. Drake still says "I rode on zebra" all the time. Xandria braved the giant ferris wheel with Daddy where they took a picture from above us (you can see me in green pointing up at them).Xavier in the funhouse mirror. Those were fun and hysterical. A family picture of us that a couple who needed their picture taken also took. A couple of skyline pictures from our boat ride. We had a great time and look forward to going back and riding on those bikes that the whole family can fit on (we were too late last time). I had to take the pictures with my mom's film camera since mine is away getting fixed and didn't realize it had a date stamp on it. Oh well.

Updates and Goodnights
Hmm...where to start? Well, I went to my doctor appointment on tuesday. The baby sounded good =). Explained to her my itching...she said "this is the same dad, right?" "Yes" and then she says "well, this shouldn't be happening then." Oh ok. Sure. She told me I needed to have a blood test, BUT I had to fast first. Great. It wasn't too bad though. I stopped eating at 8:30 pm and had my blood drawn at 8:30 am wednesday morning. I really hate having my blood drawn. I don't freak out, but I just don't want to see it and hate the feeling of it! Bad news is the results take two weeks. Good news is that I'm not itching much now. So, we'll see how it goes. The baby sure moves around alot and is getting stronger! Xavier's baseball season has begun! Well practice anyway. Two hour practices. Fun. Games don't start until the beginning of June. He's so excited and I love baseball season as well. Drake is such a sweetie, when I tuck him in at night (after we sing "rock a baby" together"), he says "sleep good mom" and "love you mom." Tonight when I tucked him in and was shutting the light off, he said "wait mom." I said "what?" He said "the pig says oink oink." It was so cute! He had to say that a few times before I got the light off and door shut. I think I forgot to mention that he's been sleeping in his new big boy bed for a few weeks now. We got him bunk beds and on one end it has shelves and the other is a desk. Also, since we're having another boy, it will be perfect for the both of them since Drake's room is so big. He did great right from the start. The first night Nick only had the bottom bed put together, but I figured Drake wouldn't want to sleep in it yet. I was wrong!! We put him in his crib and he started crying and saying "I don't like it" over and over, so we took him out and he went right to the bed and laid down. I checked on him a few minutes later and he was laying there talking about his bed and then was asleep. He does good with naps also. Well, I need to go finish a scrapbook page and unpause the 48 hrs I was watching. I'll post pics later.
